The Carilex "Dual" is an intelligent dual ability air mattress replacement system that offers a combination of alternating and static models with IPS technology to meet individual patient's need.
The Dual system is the ideal therapy system with Upright and Firm modes for different positions and treatment purposes to suit high-risk patients who demand pressure ulcer prevention or treatment up to Stage IV.
Dual Mattress
Twenty 8-inch high air cells provides comfort and immersion for maximum pressure redistribution and therapy, combined with a sealed, 2-inch convoluted foam base for added protection in case of power outage.
Micro-ventilated air cells provides air circulation and patient temperature regulation from patient shoulder to waist.
Weight capacity for patients up to 200kg.
Pillow function head zone comprised of three static air cells for patient comfort.
Modular air cell construction for easy cleaning, repair, and replacement.
Rapid deflation facility (CPR) CPR pull tag allows mattress to be deflated quickly in case of emergency.
Dartex coverlet with 4-way stretch to minimize shear forces. Waterproof, vapor-permeable, tire-retardant, antibacterial and anti-fungal coated coverlet.
Convenient transport plug allows mattress to stay inflated for approximately two hours after being detached from power unit. (Intended for transport purposes.)

Panel Lock control panel settings can be locked for safety and to prevent tampering. For protection, Panel Lock automatically engages if control unit buttons untouched for three minutes.
