Homecraft Reflex Knives

The Homecraft Reflex Knives all feature an easy to grip contoured, closed handle, and are set at an angle to minimise wrist movement for the user.
The slicing knife is long and narrow, ideal for slicing bread; the chef’s knife has a smooth, sharp edge for cutting or chopping; the carving knife has a scalloped blade which will stay permanently sharp; and then preparation knife has a scalloped edge for cutting and food preparation.
